Due to recent changes in the Real Estate Market, we realized the growing demand for property preservation contractors who can perform a variety of field service specialties. To fill this demand, First Call was formed.

Our company is fully committed to customer satisfaction on every job performed. Although small in size, we build business with close attention to detail. All our work is documented with digital photos and can be sent via email or uploaded directly to the internet. The owner personally reviews all property preservation work prior to forwarding it to our customers. First Call Property Services is dedicated to bringing professional field services that are cost effective as well as time sensitive.
